You need to know how properly take photos as HDR using a wide angle lens. This gives you the perfect windows and ability to show the entire space. Which is not possible with just a normal lens or single photo. Proper height and angles to capture. And using a flash to bounce the light just right.
Then their is the video part. You must use a gimbal to have a smooth walking motion. Know how to adjust the exposure, ISO and aperture, as lighting is never consistent from room to room.
